A law on supporting the creative industry has been adopted
The President of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, signed the law “On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Supporting and Developing Creative Industries.”
Kazakhstan Defines Classification of Economic Activities Codes for Creative Industries

In Kazakhstan, a list of activities related to the creative industry has been approved. Minister of Culture and Information Order No. 572-NQ dated October 20, 2025, includes 43 types of economic activities according to the OKED classifier. The document came into effect on November 9, 2025.
Creative Kazakhstan Agency conducts research and analysis in the field of the creative economy, implements acceleration programs and short-term educational courses, provides consulting support to creative entrepreneurs, and organizes industry events aimed at developing the creative industries in Central Asia.

She is an expert with over seven years of experience in developing strategies, educational programs, and ecosystem projects in the creative industries in Kazakhstan and Central Asia.

    Turkic Game Jam is an international tournament that brings together talented game developers from Turkic nations to create innovative gaming projects. The initiative is organized by the Association of Game Developers of Turkic Countries (TuGDA, TÜRKSOY), and Creative Kazakhstan Agency serves as the licensed organizer in Kazakhstan.
